According to your last menstrual period (LMP), your expected due date was around 21st-23rd February in case of previous 28-30 days regular cycle.

Your period is more than 2 weeks delayed from expected date. Beside pregnancy, there are several reasons of delayed period or irregular spotting/ bleeding (that you have gotten today).

Can you please upload your blood report & scan report that you have already??

Thanks for providing blood reports. But you do not attach/ upload your scan report.

Your all test reports are within normal range but these tests do not exclude your chance of pregnancy.

If you do not have ultrasound scan report, then you have to undergo one ultrasound scan and blood test for beta-HCG to confirm/ exclude pregnancy. This type of bleeding may be seen in early week of pregnancy.

In exclusion of pregnancy, other reasons for irregular bleeding are stress/ anxiety/ emotional upset, irregular diet habit, weight gain or rapid loss, ovarian cyst, psychological factor etc.

In such cases, you can take above mentioned medication as per your doctor's recommendation to get your normal period.

In the mean time, you must do these things:

1) Take healthy diet with carotene based vegetables.
2) Complete avoidance of fatty/ junk/ salty food stuff.
3) Try to avoid stress/ upset by regular yoga/ XXXXXXX breathing exercise.
4) Drink more water/ fluid and keep bowel habit regular.
5) Maintain personal hygiene and take a sound sleep.

Thanks for your response and giving information about scan report.

Low back pain and pregnant like symptoms is generally seen in early weeks of pregnancy and Pre Menstrual Syndrome (PMS).

In this circumstances, I suggest you to undergo one blood test for beta-HCG at the earliest to confirm/ exclude late conception as you have light bleeding for last 3 days. In case of positive blood test, you may need to undergo one Trans Vaginal Sonography (TVS scan). It is more reliable & earlier than abdominal ultrasound scan to detect product of conception in early weeks. It also helps to clear your all doubt and keep you in safe place.

Following test report, you can contact with me or with your gynecologist for next line of management. For low back pain, you can apply muscle relaxant gel (like moov or volini) to get relief temporarily. Hot water back is also helpful. Follow other suggestive measures.
