Manubirum Pain, Back Pain, Shoulder Pain, Chest Tightness. ECG, Chest X-ray Normal. Cause?

Question: Manubirum pain, also sometimes back pain, shoulder pain, ecg was normal, chest xray was normal, pain is mild, and doesnt happen that often, a day ot happens then couple days it doesnt. Usually goes away withing couple of hours, chest has been feeling constantly tight

Manubrium pain might be due to the inflammation of the cartilage which connects it to sternum. Need to be examined by orthopedician to look for the tender point.
Anti inflammatory usually helps. Sometimes local injection at the tender point relieves the pain and may not recur after that. Thanks.
