Madam Further To Previous Conversation. Now My Wife Is Pregnant

Further to previous conversation.
Now my wife is pregnant of 12 week 5 days.
Today first trimester scan is done & reports is attached.
The noteworthy point as told by doctor is
1) Single Umbilical artery.
2) Hypoplastic nasal bone.
He told that finding may be associated with chromosomal abonormalities or could be normal & requires further investigation.
Option of first trimester combined screening;NIPS; CVS/ aminocentesis ; TIFFA scan.Risk of downs syndrome.
He said there is two vein near head instead of three.
I am very worried.
Please advise further course of action/ 2nd advise.

2) Cause of down syndrome & chrosomal abnormalities & remedy.
3) Whether with the test prescribed by doctor would be able to identify the syndrome.

My first child is 7 years old & healthy then how 2nd baby is supposed to be suffering down syndromes.
My wife age is 33 yrs.

1) Single Umbilical artery ;- means one artery & one vein otherwise there are two artery & one vein normally.but it is rarely problem associated with congenital abnormalities & chromosomal defect in fetus.In NT scan general growth is fine.Double marker test result awaited,depending on probability i may proceed for NIPT.
2)Hypo plastic nasal bone. :- Means growth of nasal bone is not up to mark however i feel sonographer may not able to see the all view or scenario will be more clear in second trimester scan
i think i should not be panic as discussed with my family doctor.
