Brief Answer:
BPPV - Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

1. From your description, this seems to be BPPV - Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo.

2. There is no substitute for a direct clinical examination as signs such as nystagmus (abnormal eye movements) need a trained observer. Ideally, a Dix Hallpike test should be positive to label this as BPPV. It is important to rule out any brain-related cause. A VNG (VideoNystagmoGraphy) and a VHIT (Video Head Impulse Test) should be done if possible. Audiometry and caloric tests should be done. Cervical imbalance should be ruled out before attempting exercises.

3. I'd suggest starting with Brandt Daroff Exercises and Semont's Maneuver. Descriptions of these exercises and demo videos are available online.

4. Repositioning maneuvers such as Epley's Maneuver should only be performed by an ENT Specialist or a Neurotologist.

I hope that I have answered your query.
