Hi

I understand your query and concern.
Erection and sperm count reduces with age.
You need specific treatment for the erectile problem. There are oral effective medicines available for the same.
You need to do analysis of semen to find out the count and other parameters, which is causing delay.
Both can be done under the advice of family physician or urologist.
Kindly quit smoking if u do so..
Hope I answered your query. Kindly get back for any further queries.
All the very best.
Regards
DR G Srinivasan.
