Hi XXXXXX!
Thanks for the query.

You have borderline increase in bilirubin.
Rest of the parameters of your liver function test are normal.
Sometimes borderline increase in bilirubin can occur due to fatty liver, acute febrile illness or hepatotoxic drugs.

Are you alcoholic?
Do you have any chronic medical illness?
Do you have recent history of acute febrile illness?
Are you on any medicines?
Are you obese?

I am waiting for your reply.
Thank you.

Hello XXXXXX!
Thanks for reply.

Alcohol can cause slight increase in bilirubin.
Ultrasonography of abdomen will help you to rule out any significant liver pathology and for evidence of cholelithiasis.

The symptoms of chest congestion and black phlegm does not seem to be much significant.
Get a chest X-RAY, ESR and complete blood count (CBC) done for your symptoms of chest congestion and black phlegm to rule out chest infection.

Udiliv tablet may help to decrease bilirubin.

Hope I answered your query.
For further queries if any,I am happy to help.
Thank you.
