Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
I have seen the report attached with this query.
Your hemoglobin levels are slightly lower than normal and are indicative of iron deficiency anaemia.
The raised ESR is usually a non specific finding and it can be raised due to an ongoing inflammation or infection in the body. Both these reasons can result in the pain in your leg.
A detailed clinical examination and investigations like X-ray and MRI of the affected leg and spine under the guidance of a proficient orthopedician will be helpful in finding out the cause of leg pain. The treatment will depend on the cause.
Meanwhile you can start taking iron supplements to combat iron deficiency anemia.
Hope this answers your query. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Please accept my answer in case you do not have further queries.
Wishing you good health.
Regards.

Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
Your fasting insulin levels are within normal limits. The postprandial insulin levels are marginally decreased which is not clinically significant. Please do not worry.
Hope my answer is helpful.

Dear Doctor,
Is there anything serious about the albumin trace seen in my urine.

I had consulted a doctor here, who diagnosed me of suffering from Type 2 Diabetes and PCOS.

Could you please tell me if this is true in my case. Am I diabetic.

Could you also tell me what type of diet should I follow.

Thanks and regards.

Hello.
Presence of albumin in trace amounts in urine is not significant. However presence of 30-35 WBCs /HPF may be indicative of a urinary infection.
For diagnosis of diabetes, investigations like glucose tolerance test, blood HbA1C level are helpful. Since your fasting and post prandial blood glucose levels are normal, chances of having diabetes are remote.
PCOD is mainly diagnosed on an ultrasound scan of lower abdomen.
Please get the appropriate tests done for proper diagnosis.
Till then you can follow a healthy diet XXXXXXX in XXXXXXX vegetables and fruits with low saturated fats.
Take care.
Regards.
