Question: Left hand weakness. Digits 4 & 5 Left hand weak. Unable to adduct 5th digit when arm raised above shoulder. Unable to touch thumb to 5th digit.

I have reviewed your query and here is my opinion .

You have ulnar nerve entrapment .
Please tell that whether you have any neck stiffness or elbow pain or wrist pain .
If yes, then you need X-ray cervical spine or MRI elbow or MRI wrist .
If these are negative , then go for passive stretching exercises of affected fingers .
You should take neurotonic containing methylcobalamin and pyridoxine. Pregabalin may help.
