Kick On Sheen, Lemon Sized Knot. Are Any Tests Required For Diagnosis?

Question: My husband I had a fight last November n he kicked hard with his shoes on my sheen,
Earlier it was XXXXXXX but now it is normal in color but feels like lemon sized knot , is it any XXXXXXX do I get a sono or some test done onmy leg
