Question: I’m having awful back pain that i’ve dealt with all of today. I woke from trying to final go to sleep from pain. any position i lie in causes pain and i can hardly walk.

what is your age and did you have similar episodes in past or any history of trauma.
if no past history of trauma and first time when you are feeling back pain.. it could be normal muskulosketal pain . for that you can take muscle relaxant .
