Can Amlodipine Dosage Be Increased For High BP?

Question: I’m 64 years old I take XXXXXXX tan- hctz 100-12.5mg and amlodipine besylate 5 mg. I’m away from home and I just took my blood pressure and it was 178 / 88. Should I increase either dosage till I can get home to my doctor?
