Brief Answer:
Allergic conjunctivitis.

Detailed Answer:
My dear,
Thanks for sending your query to us.
This apparently is a chronic allergy you are having. What treatment has already been taken, and what has been the response ?The management has 4 steps.
1) Avoiding allergens.
2) Anti allergy drops
3) Lubricant eye drops.
4)Oral anti allergy tablets if the problem is more.
Since you already would be taking treatment, response will cut short the trial time.
In addition, washing with plain water frequently will wash away allergens and will help.
Do get back to me in case of any further query in this regard.

Detailed Answer:
My dear,
Thanks for getting back to me.

Best anti allergic drops are steroid drops but they have issues with long time use.
Second best is a group of non steroid drops like oloptidine .3%,marketed as olopat or olo eye drops which is to be put in twice a day.
