Brief Answer:
Bile ducts obstruction.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

White stool means that the bile is not secreted to the duodenum. It can be caused by stones in the bile ducts or even pancreas tumor. This is a very serious symptom.
He may have also dark urine, itchy skin, yellow skin tone with it. He should consult a doctor as soon as possible. Abdominal ultrasound, liver tests should be done at first.
If he has stones, ERCP (endoscopic removal of the stones) can be done. For pancreas diagnostic, CT should be done.

Hope this helps. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
