Brief Answer: Valium for anxiety; klonopin for panic disorder Detailed Answer: Hello sir and welcome. Thank you for writing to us. In my practice I have found success treating panic disorders with klonopin and anxiety disorders with valium. Of course you know each of them carries their own list of side effects and also that a diagnosis would help you and your doctor to decide which medication would better suit your requirement. I hope you find my response helpful. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I would be more than happy to help. Best wishes.

Brief Answer: I would advise against taking both Detailed Answer: Hello once again sir. I would advice you against taking both medications together as the effect may lead to an overstimulation and result in the opposite of anxiety and result in depression. There are very well balanced enzymes that help an individual in staying normal (which is between anxiety at one end and depression at the other). For this reason I would advise against taking both medications sir. I still think it is best for you to consult a doctor and undergo an elaborate evaluation. I say this only out of concern for you, as I wish for your complete recovery and nothing less. A doctor will help to decide the medication and also the dosage and frequency. I wish we lived in the same city so I could call you to meet me and accordingly manage your case. But unfortunately I am not and can only request you to meet a doctor in your region to help ypu further sir. Wishing you nothing but the best. Please do not hesitate to write back to me for any further clarifications, I am always available to help you sir. Best wishes.

Brief Answer: Klonopin requires at leadt 4 weeks to work Detailed Answer: Hi sir. I am currently stationed in Kursk, Russia. It takes atleast 4 weeks for klonopin to start taking effect and show a response in the individual. So please be patient sir. Only after a duration of 6-8 weeks, if you feel that the medication is not really helping you, should you consider consulting your doctor and substituting it or raising the dosage. It is still too early to conclude on the efficacy of klonopin sir. Be patient and keep in touch so we can together decide whether this medication is helping you or not. Best wishes.

Brief Answer: Great news, I am very happy to hear that Detailed Answer: Hi my friend. That's really great news. I wish you all the luck and much more in all your future endeavors. I would recommend orthopedics or pediatrics as both these fields are both safe and always help bring in a good income. But you need to be exposed to all the fields to actually realize which field makes you most happy. Wishing you nothing but good health and lots of luck. God bless.

Brief Answer: Psychiatry is a very good options as well Detailed Answer: Hi. Yes orthopedics does involve sports medicine, but sports medicine is a branch of orthopedics. Psychiatry is really interesting, but as one well renowned psychiatrist once said in a seminar I attended "Abnormal (not mentally normal in different ways) can normalize their life by entering the field of psychiatry, and a normal person can mess up his life by entering the field of psychiatry in many different ways". So if you think psychiatry can help you out, and also bring balance and order to your life, then I shall support this decision of yours a 100 %.

Brief Answer: Reading trouble or concentration problem Detailed Answer: Hello. That is really noble of you, and I am sure you will succeed with flying colors. When you ask about reading skills, is it concentration you have a problem with or reading in general. If reading in general is a problem, then you csn take crash courses in languages, specifically the medium in which you are going to study. But if it is concentration that is a problem, then there are a long list of recommendations and suggestions that were given to me during my college days, I could share those with you if you like. Hope this helps. Keep in touch. God bless you.

Brief Answer: Looks good to take Detailed Answer: Hello once again. I have gone through the ingredients of focus fast, and all seems good and safe. I also did a little extra research on the product and it seems to have good reviews and an average 8/10 rating in comparison to other products. This is good enough. I also feel it should not cause any interaction problems with the other medications you are on, but if you do experience any new symptoms please report to me immediately or to the ER. Wishing you lots of luck and everything you deserve and more. Best wishes.

doctor
Answered by Dr. Shoaib Khan (5 hours later)
Brief Answer: Wishing you nothing but the best Detailed Answer: Yes my friend. It is much safer than adderall. But as this is a herbal product, extensive research would not have been conducted on its side effects and efficacy, which is why I chose to do some research of my own before asking you to go ahead with it. But if at all you experience any new symptoms, please do report them to me okay? Wishing you nothing but A's not only as a college student but in every test like has to offer to you. Lots of luck.

I wud love to keep furthering my education to maybe an masters, phd or md....

Answered by Dr. Shoaib Khan (8 hours later)
Brief Answer: Sorry had a busy day in the OT Detailed Answer: Hi. I am not really aware about addtabz, its effects and side effects, as it is not available in the market here, and so I would rather not comment on it instead of providing you with information which I have not furnished myself. I am sorry about this my friend. As for advise, from my life as a student I have learnt only one thing. No individual is smarter or average or less capable, it all comes down to his/her hard work, will and dedication to learning. So my only advise to you my friend would be, work hard and play harder. You need a balance of both. Take care.

Brief Answer: Sounds like an exciting plan :) Detailed Answer: Hi my friend. Yes, being a doctor is a full-time job. You are married to your profession and not your wife. Haha. I am sure you will be able to help a lot of people as you understand the problems they would be facing better than we would, due to your experiences. I really hope and pray this profession brings balance to both your life and the lives of your patients. Your GPA has to be at least a 3.5, and from there on, I am sure all will go well. Yes, finish your under-grad and then plan for med school, but start preparing for it way in advance. Your interest and knowledge will surely impress your mentors, who will take an extra effort in teaching you seeing your need to learn. I wish you nothing but the best, and who knows. A few years down the line, I may be referring my patients to you as well. God bless you :)

any strategic way I could become a 3.5 student?.... I'm usually really around 2.5,2.8... I have great math skills but reading comprehension is more of my weakness...

Answered by Dr. Shoaib Khan (46 minutes later)
Brief Answer: 3 revisions at least :) Detailed Answer: Hi. Your reading comprehension should improve with your improved concentration. As for strategy, I have always revised everything I learn 3 times, with intervals of course. So, by the time the examination day approaches, I have almost by-hearted the complete syllabus. Hope this helps. :)

Ook so you check over and also it has to do with a lot of memory in it to... so memorization is key also...
doctor
Answered by Dr. Shoaib Khan (20 minutes later)
Brief Answer: Most certainly Detailed Answer: Oh of course it is. But you have to be able to differentiate and improvise sometimes. Some subjects/topics require memorization, whereas others require the application of simple logic and then understanding the theme. So both understanding and memorization are involved.
