Brief Answer:
Regarding HPV transmission

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I am Dr. Kakkar (Dermatologist and Venereologist). I have gone through your query and I have noted your concern.

Cervical infection with high risk HPV types is a factor for development of cervical cancer.

Therefore, yes the transmission of HPV infection is possible during unprotected sex if her cervical cancer was preceded by cervical infection with a high risk HPV type i.e HPV type 6,11,16,18.

Feel free to ask in case of any further doubts.

Regards
