Is Travelling By Air Safe During Pregnancy?

default
Posted on Fri, 3 Nov 2017
Question: We are planning a baby and have a question pertaining to this. Considering the chances of conceiving:
1. Should my wife avoid traveling (train or air) if that impacts the chances?
2. Would exercise (walking on treadmill or jogging) create issues with conceiving and should they be avoided?

Are there any specific activities or food habits that should be avoided durnig this phase?
