Brief Answer:
Sexual transmission of TB possible but rare

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thanks for writing to us at healthcaremagic

I have gone through your query.

Sexual transmission is very rare in TB. However TB can involve the sexual organs, this is usually secondary to infection somewhere else in the body e.g lungs, lymph nodes etc.
Normally the bacteria which causes TB is not present in the blood stream of an infected individual.
However, if the patient is immunocompromised Or immunodeficient and therefore has Miliary Tuberculosis/disseminated tuberculosis, it is likely that the bacteria would be present in the blood stream and in this case blood can be infectious.
Blood test that can be used in the diagnosis of TB are interferon-gamma release assays or IGRAs. An IGRA measures how strong a person’s immune system reacts to TB bacteria by testing the person’s blood in a laboratory.

Nerve involvement Or Nerve pain with TB bacteria is unlikely.
