It is usually done for 4 weeks and with some sun exposure. PHOTOTHERAPY in the form of sunlight can been used in wavelengths of 311 to 313 nanometers. 4) In resistant case, non-biologic systemic agents can be used for psoriasis like methotrexate, ciclosporin, hydroxycarbamide, fumarates and retinoids. 5) Homeopathic treatment is better for temporary purpose only.
