Brief Answer:
kindly find the answer below, it is not advisable to hide any medical history from doctor

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome.
I'll give you the possible interaction that can occur when this are taken together.

If you are undergoing chronic kidney dialysis treated with cholecalciferol you should avoid magnesium citrate.
Using these medications together can cause high magnesium levels, particularly in chronic kidney dialysis.
This can cause nausea, vomiting, flushing, low blood pressure, a slow heartbeat, drowsiness.
High magnesium levels may also play a role in the development of bone disease in dialysis patients.

I would recommend you to disclose everything about the medicines that you are taking to doctor, it will help them in assessing the situation and also in prescription of medicines.

This provisional advice provided by me is based entirely on the input provided to me. I would suggest examination by the doctor.

I hope this suggestion might be of some help to you. Please accept my answer in case you do not have further queries.
Take care.
