Thank you! Can you tell me how long if will take cymbalta to start working for me? Ive been taking 20mg for a week and now just finished another week of 40 mg. im still anxious and have a hard time sleeping and falling asleep. I think some of if is the side effects of the cymbalta. Thanks for your help!!

Cymbalta is intended to treat anxiety and insomnia, so I doubt those are side effects of Cymbalta. Typically it takes between 2-6 weeks for Cymbalta to take full effect.
