Blackheads can be removed manually by comedone extractor by a dermatologist.
Acne treatment depends on grade of acne.
Mild acne can be treated with topical medications like clindamycin, tretinoin, benzoyl peroxide.
Severe acne can be treated with oral antibiotics like doxycycline, azithromycin, oral retinoids etc.
Special Facewash, chemical peeling, laser treatment can be helpful in acne.
A visit to your nearest dermatologist will be needed for examination and suitable treatment of your acne.

Laser treatment are available in all metro cities.
Cost depends on type of machine , experience of dermatologist, centre protocols.
It ranges from 500 to 2000 rs per sitting.
