Brief Answer:
Treatment for Psoriatic Arthritis

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for the query.

I have gone through your history. Well, as such there is no permanent cure for psoriatic arthritis. It can only be controlled but cant be eliminated. You can consider it like Diabetes Mellitus. One has to take medicines to control the disease.

As for the food habits, in Allopathy we normally don't advise any diet control. But some people have known to benefit from avoiding dairy products and onions. At the same time, we have patients who take all the foods without getting the joint problems aggravated. That has to be decided by the patient as some people are allergic to certain kind of food stuffs. So if your sister feels her joint pains increase on consuming certain kind of food, she need to avoid those.
