Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for writing to Health Care Magic, I am Dr Muhammd Ahmad, I have closely read your question and I understand your concerns, I will hereby guide you regarding your health related problem.

Yes there can surely be an association between PAD and ED...specially if that has happened graduallywith time... there is also an age related decline in erectile function.

There are various therapies done to counter that , first is use of drugs like viagra etc which cause increase in blood flow to the penile tissues, i believe being a PAD patient you might already be on such drugs, if not then you can discuss them with your doctor and if your are and still having this issue then you have option of penile pump this can give you erection for considerable time.

If that isn't helpful then stenting ir surgical procedures are there with considerable side effects.

First you have to discuss this with your physician who can consider meds and if they don't work then you can visit your urologist for surgical opinion.

I hope this answered your question, if you have more feel free to ask, otherwise close the discussion and rate it.

Regards.
