Question: My daughter aged 18 years old is taking Nexito 5 mg daily once. Is there any alternate medicine in homeo or Ayurvedic? Please guide me sir.

Nexito (escitalopram) is prescribed as an antidepressant and for generalized anxiety disorder (GAD) among children and adults, and keeping in view her age let me know about any undue work/school/ family pressure or any aggravating factor for her symptoms, since only then Ayurveda medicine can be prescribed once the triggering factor is known, since we have to treat the causative factor and not only the symptom.
PS. This drug does causes suicidal tendencies/ behavior especially among teenagers/ children, thus let me know whether you have observed any such feature in her.
