Brief Answer:
Yes, it can be harmful.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Using the XXXXXXX Baby Body oil during intercourse can be harmful for the pregnancy to occur.
It contains Pure mineral oil which forms a silky barrier to help prevent excess moisture loss, so it can form a barrier for the sperms to cross through.
Secondly, it can change the pH or acid balance inside the vagina, and that in turn may affect sperm motility and ultimately prevent, or at least reduce the chances of a pregnancy occurring.

Hi,
So could you please advice any other lubricant to use during intercourse which will not be harmful, rather increase the chances of pregnancy??

Brief Answer:
A good foreplay is the best.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
The best lubricant to use when conception is your goal is foreplay. Take your time working up to intercourse. Ask your partner to do more touching, hugging, and kissing. Many women say they need 15 to 20 minutes of stimulation to get in the mood.
If you still have minimal mucus despite all attempts at foreplay, try using warm water as a lubricant. Water isn't toxic to sperm and won't interfere with the sperm's ability to reach the cervix.
Nothing other than the natural mucus of a male and a female can be the best and natural.
Try not using any artificial lubricant during the ovulation period when you both want pregnancy. Rest of the time you can use KY jelly.

Consult and have your wife examined by a gynecologist , why is she having dryness.
