Question: I am looking for information on using Aldara for persistent CIN 1, but am having a hard time finding anything. Thoughts?

I had my first CIN 1 positive reading in the Winter of 2011. I have had LEEP, a complete hysterectomy, and laser. I have has a few normal paps sprinkled here and there but the last two have been positive.

Brief Answer:
about Aldara

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for asking

Studies have shown that the use of Aldara may be beneficial in most cases of genital intraepithelial neoplasia especially CIN 1 with persistent HIV following surgical treatment.

So, I do agree with your doctor in your case.

Hope this helps you. Let me know if I can assist you further.
