Brief Answer: Yes you can give Detailed Answer: Hi Thanks for writing to health care magic. You can give sucrafil and lanzol at the current dose. It should be safe. Continue for a week or so to see improvement if the pain is due to gastritis. However because it's been there for 7 months I would like to suggest ultrasound abdomen, stool and urine routine and deworming her if not done already Regards Dr Arun

Brief Answer: CT abdomen then endoscopy Detailed Answer: Hi If all of them have been done, then you can ggo for CT abdomen because sometimes ultrasoundmsy be negative despite abdominal issues. If that too is normal consult pediatric gastroenterologist for endoscopy. Regards Arun
