Is The Following Ultrasound Report Normal?
Question: My wife is 20week pregnent and her cervical length measures 3.0 to 3.2 or 3.4 . canal is hypoechoic with fluid between lips .Internal and external os closed in present scan.. Is there anything to worry about ?

Thanks for your prompt reply . Actually our Doctor has suggested cerclage , is it really required in her case ? And currently she is working and has to travel around 50 KM per day (12hr normal sitting job) does she require to take any precautions or she needs to take complete bed rest ?

And as regards her job she has a sitting job that's good but should not travel this much by public transport.
If she goes in her own personal vehicle then its alright and then take ample rest at hone.
