Brief Answer:
details below

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing to us.
There could be many causes for facial pigmentation like melasma, photodermatitis, lichen planus pigmentosus, toxic melanoderma, ashy dermatosis, post inflammatory hyperpigmentation etc.

The treatment and response achieved would depend upon the type of pigmentation you have.
Please upload an image of your face, so that I can have a look at your pigmentation and suggest treatment accordingly.
hoping to hear from you soon.
