That I had on hand because a thought maybe the doctor wasn't treating it correctly and thought maybe I needed some antibiotics. So I was reading up on the disease and saw that in one of the threads I saw her online that said do not take antibiotics. Is this serious is something going to happen. I will not take the next dose. Brief Answer:
No reason to panic this much.Be calm

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for the query,

I am afraid the fact you took an antibiotic should not cause you to panic that much. You really should not for Zithromax, a macrolide, is not very toxic to small vessels, like those in the nerves of the ears.

Vestibular neuritis requires special care. This could range from specific techniques and manouvres under the supervision of your neurologist, to drugs. The most important step however is making a proper diagnosis.

You need not bother with regards to having taken an antibiotic, and seeing a neurologist for proper clinical and paraclinical evaluation is my advice.

Kind regards
