Question: Hi! I have been taking generic Percocet for a few months due to being in a severe car wreck - I am in physical therapy, but still need pain meds mostly in the evenings. I was being RX'd the Watson 932's and just last week I received a different pill with the imprint A333. It is white and oblong, capsule shaped. The bottle says it's the same amount of oxycodone and tylenol. I am a careful person so I always check imprints on a pill finder online to make 100% sure I have the right medication. I verified that it is the correct medication but then I saw several pages of people complaining about this "new" generic - GI issues, medication poisoning, some really horrible stuff. Now I'm afraid to take it! Is my worry unfounded?

Brief Answer: All the three are same and have same side effects. Detailed Answer: Hello, I have gone through your query and understand your concern. As you know, all the three drugs Percocet, Watson 932 and imprint A333 contain the same combination drugs Oxycodone and Acetaminophen. All the three brands contain the same combination and can cause the side effects you have mentioned. It contains the narcotic drug Oxycodone and NSAIDs Acetaminophen. Acetaminophen can cause GI issues like stomach upset, Vomiting etc. Oxycodone may cause drowsiness, constipation etc. You have to understand that, at higher doses and illegal use all the drugs may be cause poisoning. Thus there is no much side effects, if you take recommended dose as directed by your physician. Hope this helps. Please write back if you have any further queries. Wishing you good health.

Thank you for the answer! My follow-up question would be this: would the INACTIVE ingredients be different in the three drugs? Would that, possibly, cause someone to become sick from one and not the other? Thank you. Yes, taking them as prescribed, just want to be careful as always.
