Question: I weigh 68kg. I am 5ft 10 inches (178 cm) tall. I have soft chest, and some belly fat, but I dont look fat or large chested when I wear shirt. I want to know if this is gynecomastia. I want to know if I can reduce this with good diet and exercise.

Brief Answer:
you probably can

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

gynecomastia means the development of a men's mammary gland. The mammary gland has to be enlarged in order to diagnose gynecomastia. The fat is irrelevant.

Judging from your height and weight, I don't believe you're too fat. Perhaps your fat distribution is such that it may cause trouble to you. If it's fat then exercise and a good diet would definitely reduce it. If it's gynecomastia then endocrinologic assessment would be required.

I hope you find my comments helpful!
