Is Sleep Myoclonus Associated With Kidney Disease?

Question: Hello, yes please, I awoke to a strong flutter in my back in the kidney area, it seemed to affect me left eye and side of my head, it was strong enough to wake me from sleep and mildly hurt for a fraction of a second, most notable was the peculiar flutter, never felt it before. I also have a pounding in my left ear at night frequently, and wondered what these both are, if they are kidney disease related? Thank you

Myoclonus affects neonates not adults this is specifically in the kidney area and the throbbing in the left ear at night?
