Brief Answer:
Following advice.

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.

Your symptoms are typical for GERD (acid reflux disease) and LPR (laryngeal pharynx reflux which is the major clinical manifestation of GERD).

If you were my patient I would recommend to:
- do upper endoscopy
- eat often and in small portions
- avoid alcohol, caffeine and energy drink
- avoid laying down 3 hours after eating
- use antacids (Malox)
- use PPI like omeprazole for at least 8 weeks

Hope this was of help!
Wish you health!
Dr. Klerida
