When I go to bathroom, the stools are like little pellets, yet I’m not constipated. Should I be concerned?

Fiber forms a gel in the intestines when it is fermented by bacteria in the colon and combined with water. If there is a lack of fiber holding stool together, it may be shaped like small pebbles. It is not worrisome, you should try and relax.

Try to increase fiberes in your food.
Take fiber supplement like fybrogen 10 ml twice daily. This would increase the bulk of your stool.
Take 1 cup of an orange, guava and banana daily.
