Brief Answer:
The chances are very low.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,

Thanks for trusting hcm about your health care.
I have gone through your history and understand your concerns.

The chances of pregnancy are almost nil in your case as you are on minera birth control.

But if you are feeling nausea and you are not having any period, you should get your home urine pregnancy test done.

Hope found useful, feel free to ask more information.

Good luck.

What causes nipple soreness and tenderness with Mirena? I have had mirena for almost 3 years and just over the past few days I have been experiencing sever pain with anything touching my nipples. I cant even walk down stairs normally without them hurting. My breasts have been a little more sensitive to the touch over the past couple month. I dont believe that I am pregnant but I am not sure what is causing them pain.

I am considering removing my mirena. I have been gaining weights and having recurrent vaginal infections. I was advised to put it then cos I have fibroid and my bleeding was heavy. The last time I checked the size had gone really down. It s been 3yrs now and I don t feel comfortable with my weight gain anymore, despite trying to be more active and healthy eating, and i ve become less active for my children. Could you please explain the natural way of preventing pregnancy as I would prefer that at the moment.

Hello, I am 35 and have had a Mirena IUD for 4.5 years now. For the last 2 months I have been experiencing strange symptoms: constant breast tenderness/swelling, irregular bleeding/spotting, tired often, weight gain. Could I be pregnant? Are my hormones out of order due to age changes?
