Brief Answer:
IUI required

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I understand your concerns about infertility.

Since you have only one open fallopian tube open, it is better to undergo IUI (intrauterine insemination) procedure when ovulation is from ovary belonging to fallopian tube open side.

If you don't conceive within 3 cycles of IUI, go ahead with IVF (testtube baby). Let me know if you need anymore help.

Regards
