Brief Answer:
Semen analysis required

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

PCOS cannot be diagnosed by blood test alone. You need to undergo transvaginal ultrasound scan to identify the polycystic nature of ovaries.

I think you should get semen analysis of your husband soon as this could be a reason for infertility.

Continue treatment under fertility specialist only and dont take anymore medicines for PCOS or regularising periods as they are probably contraceptives and hinder attempts of pregnancy.

Brief Answer:
Semen analysis required

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Semen analysis could have various effects for infertility:

1) Low sperm volume.

2) Low sperm count.

3) Low sperm velocity.

4) Semen infection.

It is always first step in the path of diagnosis.
