Since there is unprotected sex just after 16 days of child birth so just want to be sure that will there be any slight chances of pregnancy

No dear, there is nothing to worry.
Firstly there cannot be ovulation till 6 weeks post delivery and secondly the lining of uterus cannot support pregnancy at all.
So just relax but in general avoid sexual activity wirhout protection for 2-3 weeks as there are high chances of pelvic infection.
