Brief Answer:
negligible chances of pregnancy.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to HCM.
I can understand your concerns.

As she took ipill within 3 hours of intercourse, there are negligible chances of pregnancy.

You can also confirm this by testing pregnancy by urine pregnancy test.

I think the symptoms which she is experriencing are just to due general weakness and might not be suggesting pregnancy.

She should take good diet including green vegetables and fruits. Drink plenty of water.
She can take tablet Pantocid-DSR for vomiting.
Get her blood pressure and haemoglobin levels checked.
Kindly consult your doctor and get her examined.

Hope this helps.
Feel free to ask further.
Thanks.

Brief Answer:
no chances of pregnancy, confirm by home pregnancy test.

Detailed Answer:
Ipill has active ingredient levonorgestrel.
The total dose is one pill of 1.5mg or two pills of 0.75mg.

If the pack had two pills, she should have taken both.

But as she had her periods, there will be no pregnancy. So, do not worry.

Still apprehensive, she can go for home pregnancy test to confirm.

Hope this helps.
Thanks.

I am a 24 Years Old Married Woman, Last month I had unprotected sex with my husband at night and the following morning I had an Ipill an emergency contraceptive pill. My periods were normal. Yesterday Again I had encountered similar situation, I had unprotected intercourse and within few hours of having sex I took an Ipill. Within 3 hours of taking the Ipill I had sex again by withdrawal method. My question is Do I need to follow an Ipill again or not.
