Is Pregnancy Possible Despite Taking Postpone-72?
Question: Dear Dr's,
I'm 21 year old from XXXXXXX I had my regular periods on 14.01.2016 and lasted for 5 days. Im having medical history for irregular periods which will happen between 2 to 3 months once. I had unprotected sex on 26th of XXXXXXX and took Smart pill 1.5 on same day and I got periods on 02.02.2016. In the month of Feb on 21.02.2016 I once again had unprotected sex and I took the same smart pill 1.5 on the same day and I had periods on 28.02.2016. In the month of March I had sex with my bf on 19 & 20.03.2016. This time I had Postpone 72 on 20.03.2016 morning. But till date I don't had periods. But i'm feeling tired and stomach pain for past three days. Could you suggest me the next step what we can do.

Furstly I would like to suggest you that emergency pills are meant for use in emergency like condom rupture and slippage and not a routine method to be used in every cycle especially by a person like you who already has history of irregular periods.
Right now just wait for 5 days and see if periods commence and in case you don't get them do a pregnancy test and then we can discuss further management according to the test result.
