Brief Answer:
emergency contraception

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query to hcm,
Emergency contraceptive pill like ipill has to be taken within 72 hrs of unprotected intercourse,as you have rightly taken. The withdrawal bleeding should be expected within next 5-7 days and that shall ensure that you are pregnancy safe and that there is no pregnancy.
The most common side effect of ipill is nausea and headache, often dizziness, so you need to keep yourself well hydrated through out the day with water intake of 4-5 litres per day. Another common side effect is delayed next 1-2 menses. Rest its success rate is 99% and is a comparative safe drug to use as emergency contraception unless you are allergic to it, which you are not as you have not git any itching or rashes after its intake.

Detailed Answer:
withdrawal bleeding if doesn't occur after 7 days then you may get a serum beta hcg test done to rule out pregnancy. The levels if less than 5ng/dl, rules out pregnancy and then you can wait for the bleeding to return for a week hence.
