Brief Answer:
Go for urine pregnancy test

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

I have understood your calendar. Let us calculate now. Since you have not mentioned after how many days you get your menses, I am presuming that you get them every 28 days. If it is something different, you may add or deduct the days in our calculations. It will be appreciated if you inform me the periodicity of your menstrual cycle.

The egg is released 14 days prior to the next expected menses. Your next menses were expected on 14th September. So the day of egg release is roughly 30th August. The life of egg is 24 hours and the sperms are active for about 72 hours. Hence, a period of one week is considered as fertile period. So in your case 26th August to 3rd September can be considered as fertile period; and you had unprotected intercourse during that period, i.e. on 27th August. So the chances of pregnancy should be very high.

However, you had taken ipill on 29th of August. Emergency contraceptive like ipill is effective if taken within 72 hours of the unprotected sexual intercourse, which you have done. These pills are very effective with a good success rate. So you have given yourself a good protection from the pregnancy. It is a rare possibility that you could be pregnant.

As it is emergency contraceptives pills may delay the menses by few days. Moreover, you have taken Tab. Regestrone from 13th September to 17th September. Usually you expect the withdrawal bleeding to take place 4-7 days after discontinuing Regestrone. Now that period is also over.

So your apprehension is very much valid.

Please get your urine pregnancy test done. By this time, it should give reliable results. If it is negative (which I believe would be), you may wait for few days more. If it turns out to be positive, you have to decide what you want to do with your pregnancy.

Please upload the results of urine pregnancy test and inform me about your decision so that I can guide you further.

I hope I have given you precise guidance for which you may post a good review with 5 star rating. If you want any more information, I am always available for you, XXXXXXX
