Brief Answer:
Urine pregnancy test /Beta HCG /USG.

Detailed Answer:
Hi there,
Dr. Purushottm Neurgaonkar welcomes you to HCM VIRTUAL CLINIC. I have gone through your question, and I think I have understood your concern. I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.

1 ) First of all do not panic.

2 ) As you might be aware that in a woman with regular cycles day 10 to 20 of the cycle is the most fertile period of cycle. If you happen to have unprotected sex act in the fertile period, then you stand chance to get pregnant.

3 ) As per your history, you had sex act on day 17 of the cycle, and then you have taken the injection Depo Provera.

There is no sufficient information about Depo Provera to be effective as post coital emergency contraceptive.
Although it does work as a very good injectable contraceptive method if taken during first 5 days of the cycle.

4 ) As you have already crossed your expected date of the cycle, to resolve the dilemma about the pregnancy, I will suggest you to get morning's first sample of urine tested for pregnancy. In case of doubt, blood beta HCG test and USG will be of help. .

5 ) If the pregnancy test results are negative, you need not worry about the pregnancy.

I hope this answer helps you.
