Brief Answer:
No need to take pill

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Your history:
You had protected intercourse last night (19th Nov) and her cycle completed day before yesterday that means 18th November (Started on 14th Nov if she has 5 days cycle). This is your history.

Now come to the point: if she completed her cycle on 18th November then, She needs not to take emergency contraceptive pill since you had intercourse immediate day after her last period date (it was not her ovulation period) hence there is no chance of pregnancy.
If you had unprotected intercourse also there is no chance of pregnancy.

Side effects of I pill: Since it contains high amount of hormone, It can cause withdrawal bleeding, spotting or can cause irregular periods like can delay periods, stomach cramps, nausea.

If you have any queries I will be happy to help you.
Thank you

Hello Madam,

Thanks for your kind reply. But we are still worried, sorry to bother you here. She also told me that today morning few blood also came out not sure why is this. She also told sometimes it happen after last day of period, can u please tell why it was for.

Also we wanted to ask you, what if we still go for pills, will she suffer from any serious problems. At this stage as per your point since there is nothing form inside, will she face any bleeding. How long this bleeding will continue will it be more serious and causing her any other healtth problem.

One more thing, will there be any problems in future like complications or problems in conceiving when required. Means any side effects.

Thanks in advance and your pateint.

Brief Answer:
No problem in future

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I apologizes for delayed response
I can understand your concern.

Spotting or bleeding after first intercourse is common, nothing to worry about this.
And also sometimes even though periods stopped, some woman experience spotting for 2 -3 days mostly due to physical or mental stress. Nothing worry about spotting.

Now about i pill, if you still wants to take, it will not cause any serious issues, it may cause withdrawal bleeding which lasts for 3-5 days, bleeding may be associated with mild stomach cramps. Or it may delay your next periods. It will not cause any health problem other than mild side effects as I told you earlier.

It will not affect your fertility and pregnancy in future.

I would like to say that she needs not take i pill. Since you had intercourse immediate day after period that means 6th day of her menstrual cycle ( first day of period when bleeding start is considered as a first day of menstrual cycle).
I would like know her menstrual cycle duration like 28 days cycle or 30 days cycle.

Need not to worry, no need to take I pill.

If you have any queries I will be happy to help you.
Thank you.
