Is Pregnancy Possible After A Partial Salpingostomy?

Question: i had ectopic pregnancy surgery on november 6th they removed my left tube only. i had sex the day after surgery and continued to be sexually active. it is over a month now since surgery and still no period and no bleeding. today i had a bright white discharge on my panties and very lightheaded or dizzy. could i possibly be pregnant again this soon after my ectopic surgery?

i took a pregnancy hcg test and it is positive for pregnancy. but it came up positive 20 minutes after it was suppose to.

i feel very sick. extreme fatigue, pain on lower right side of stomach, dizzy & lightheaded, i had some diarrhea earlier, i got a fever..cant seem to get up out of bed. got a intense feeling in my head ..like 2 days ago i noticed my discharge is bright white n i spotted some light brownish pink water lookin discharge but barely enough to see and only once when i wiped.. anyway what could be goin on? going on week 6 and still no period

hi i might of started my period, i had a rush of red brown blood then just spotted a lil since but it is very painful i feel like something is squeezing my ovaries and my stomach is tight, not bloated..n i still got a fever ived had for awhile now..is this normal
