Question: After my mothers esophageal varices banding is it ok if she takes her pills. Is it possible for this to cause the bands to come off? Or the tissue to leak?

Brief Answer:
no nothing like that

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for writing to HCM.

She can take the pills normally. It should not effect the bands, they are very tight to get knocked out.

Don't worry about that. Any ways it will be gone in a week or 10 days after doing their work.

Hope i was helpful.
