Brief Answer:
She may suggest to repeat a visit with your primary doctor to change meds

Detailed Answer:
Hi! Welcome to health care magic! Thanks for sharing your concerns with us. We will try to help you in best way possible.

First of all, it is sad to know what you had been experiencing lately. Based on the history you have shared, since the current measures if your peak flow is decreasing instead of improving, she may ask you to keep measuring for another week before needing to have a repeat visit with the pulmonologist or your primary physician to step up the therapy as management of asthma, which in your case is most likely, needs repeated alteration of the medical regimens and at times addition of other treatment options like inhalatory long term bronchodilators or those meds which can open the airways and provide you relief with your breathing effort and hence improving the peak flows, which aren't even much bad at those moment but are supposed to improve further with therapy.

Meanwhile avoid exposure to dust, cold or other possible allergens and if any signs of chest infection like increased cough or sputum or fever spikes are present, these need to be treated too.

Wishing you a speedy recovery. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask. Regards.
