Is Ovulation Possible On 9th Day Of Menstrual Cycle?

Question: Hello. I would like to ask if it is possible to ovulate on cycle day 9 when my cycle was 25 days? My period lasted 3 full days.
I had strong period type cramps on day 9 and i wonder if i can ovulate that early? I was under severe stress and bad emotional state the whole month. Can this lead to early ovulation?
