Brief Answer:
Take two tablets if less than 24 hours since missed dose, else take one.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX,
Thanks for writing in to us.

I have read through your query in detail.
Please check spelling is PROGYLUTON and not PROGLUYTON as mentioned in your query.

Progyluton is a tablet containing Estradiol valerate and norgestrel. It is a prescribed medication for conditions in which women have irregular periods.

If you missed your tablet yesterday and it is less than 24 hours after your scheduled dose then you can take one tablet right now and again another tablet at the usual time today.

If more than 24 hours have passed since your scheduled dose then please take only one tablet today at the usual time.

Hope this answers your question. Please feel free to correct any oversight in my interpretation of your problems and discuss them in detail as per your requirements.

Hope your query is answered.
Do write back if you have any doubts.

Regards,
Dr.Vivek
